Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means; the olives are harvested with care according to traditional methods and pressed within hours of being picked. Produced with high in Monounsaturated fats. The oil is extracted cold without the use of heat or any chemicals. This method ensures the flavour, and all nutritional properties of the olives remain.
Ideal for drizzling & dipping. Use for salad dressings, on grilled fish & white meat, to enrich flavour of sauces and to gently coat pasta and raw or roasted vegetables.
